All the main sights, including queens park are in front of the hotel. No complaints whatsoever with the property.

easy base for those searching one night in maryborough. we liked everything. 10 minutes by car from the airport. 200 metres from the hotel you'll find happy days diner, you'll definitely enjoy your meal.
